ReplyDeleteMy favorite verse is Philippians 4:13. I can do all things through Christ who gives me strength. When i was in labor my mother was reciting it to me. I know that God has a calling on my life and I want to be a Godly example to my little girl as well. Through Him, I know I will be.
ReplyDeletePsalm 127:3-4 "Behold children are a heritage from the Lord, the fruit of the womb a reward. Like arrows in the hand of a warrior are the children of one's youth." This is a reminder for us as parents that our children are a reward from God, a gift. We are to teach our children about the one who loved us so much that he rewarded us maybe even when we didn't deserve it and that we shall train them to be warriors of Christ because this is our heritage given to us by the Lord.
